After many speed bumps and much push back, the Trump administration is making a renewed effort to prove to his voters that the border wall is still a top priority, by showing off recent construction and promising to pick up the pace in 2020.
"It's going up fast and we're putting it where the Border Patrol most wants it," Trump said in the video below. "We're taking money from all over because, as you know, the Democrats don't want us to build the wall — they're fighting us at every step."

President Trump's latest immigration policies has showed a major shift in border apprehension; there have been 56% less border apprehensions since the President enacted his latest policies. Although there is still a lot that needs to be done, the progress is irrefutable.
To top it off, just last week, the Pentagon announced that it intends to shift $3.6b to wall construction. This is a huge step forward to help secure a country that so desperately needs border security.
