SHIPPING

ORDERS CONFIRMATION.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?


Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and the weight/dimension of the product shipped.


Note that we do offer different shipping methods on most of our products.


WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?


We ship to almost any place in the world, except the following: Alaska, Hawaii, Afghanistan, North Korea, Syria.

We process your orders through different warehouses all around the globe. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers, so you can get items faster. Therefore, orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next one - so no need to worry if you don't receive them all at once, know they are on their way.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


You'll be receiving the tracking code by email along with instructions on how to track your package. You can also go to CONTACT US  on our website. Please note that the tracking information takes 3-7 days to be displayed.


WHY IS MY SHIPPING STATUS UNCHANGED?


Your shipment may be delayed. Delivery time delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs. Please note that tracking information can only be displayed after your order has stayed being shipped. If your tracking information has not been updated for more than 10 days or if the tracking number is not found, please contact us at info@liberteeshop.com


WHY DID I HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA FEE TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY IN ORDER TO GET MY ORDER?


Depending on each shipping company's policy, you might be charged an additional fee for the final delivery or for the import tax, which sometimes is due to your shipping address being in a remote area. In this case, please kindly pay them the required fee.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY ORDERS OR CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?


If you want to edit your order or change your shipping address, please contact us at support@liberteeshop.com We'll be able to edit that for you as long as long as the order isn't already in process.


HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?


We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA - choose what most suits you! All products are listed in US Dollar, and our system will automatically convert your currency to make it easy for you when placing an order.


WHICH CURRENCY ARE YOU USING?


Our products are all listed in USD. But our system will automatically convert any price in your local currency - no worries, just browse and have fun!


CANCELLATIONS


All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

THE ITEM TOOK MORE THAN 60 DAYS TO ARRIVE?


We hate making you wait. If an Item takes more than 60 days to arrive, we will refund you. You may be asked to provide proof that the item arrived after 60 days, after what our team will review the refund request. If we approve it, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


THE ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE.


We want to see you happy.


If the item arrives broken, defective or damaged, we will refund you.


You may be asked to provide proof that the item is either broken or damaged, after what our team will review the refund request. If we approve it then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Note: We reserve the right at our discretion, to reject any refund request we believe is not legitimate.



THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED (WRONG COLOR, WRONG SIZE)


We know that feeling of buying a blue shirt and receiving a yellow one-yeah you're right, especially since I hate yellow!


If the item is not as described (this includes wrong color and wrong size), we will refund you. And you can keep the item, as a token of apology for the mistake we made sending you the wrong color or wrong size.


Note: If we sent you the right color/size you ordered but you want to exchange it for whatever reason, you can always return the item and place a new order. See Returns section below.


You may be asked to provide proof that the item received is not as described, after what our team will review the refund request. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?


To start a return, go to our Returns Center for a guided, step-by-step return process. 

  1. REASONS WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER
  • A change In size (products under $100 will be applied) It happens that you make a mistake. We are all human right? Please insert a note that states which size you would like and we will send you the correct size. In this case, we offer you pay more $20 by filling in your information in this

https://liberteeshop.com/products/giftcard , choose a card of $20, and then ADD TO CART. We will automatically reship for you the replacement (up or down 1 size) after payment success. You don't need to send an Item back. This $20 is only for the shipping fee, not the cost of the product.



  • You received the wrong Item Like we said, We are all human right? Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please send a photo of the incorrect item they received to support@liberteeshop.com and one of the team will follow it up for you.

  • You received a damaged/faulty Item Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it maybe sew it yourself, use it as a rag or throw/give it away. The only thing we need you to do is send us a support email (support@liberteeshop.com) stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see in the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP

  • If you meet the above criteria please shoot us an email to support@liberteeshop.com. Also, we would love it if you could tell us the reason why you are returning your item for a refund. We strive to get you the best quality possible, so we'd love to learn from your experience to even up our quality some more.

2. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS 0R EXCHANGES IF


  • You want a refund/return because you 'changed your mind". We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.

  • You do not use the link above to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.

  • The item(s) have been worn or washed

  • The item(s) have been altered in any way

  • The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault

  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them

  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item

At the moment though we do offer different types of shipping on most of our products, we do not offer free returns. You would need to pay for the cost of shipping back the item.
