I bought these not knowing much about the website besides a friend recommending them to me and because they look badass. It takes about a week or week and a half to ship which isn’t too bad. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas. I was unaware that it took 25 days to get the shoes. However, my son got them 2 -3 days prior to Christmas.
It would have been nice to know that it takes 25-30 days to get the shoes when I placed the order. I had to send an email three times asking where are the shoes that I ordered.
Also, you can only email. The # they have listed is only a voice mail. There should be a customer service number so you can actually speak to a live person!
